Q: How do I download my digital planner after purchase?

A: After completing your purchase you will receive an email with a download link. Click the link to download your PDF file instantly. You can also access your downloads anytime through your Paperless Essentials account under "Orders."

Q: How long does it take to receive my download?

A: All our products are instant downloads — you receive access immediately after payment is confirmed. There is no waiting time.

Q: Can I re-download my planner if I lose it?

A: Yes! Simply log into your Paperless Essentials account, go to your order history and download your file again anytime.

Q: What apps does the digital planner work with?

A: Our digital planners are compatible with GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, XODO and any PDF annotation app on iPad, Android tablet or any device that supports PDF files.

Q: Does it work on iPhone or Android phone?

A: Yes — our planners work on any device that supports PDF files including iPhone, Android phones and tablets, and desktop computers.

Q: Do I need a specific iPad model?

A: No — our planners work on all iPad models including iPad, iPad Mini, iPad Air and iPad Pro. They also work on Android tablets and any device with a PDF app.

Q: Does it work with Apple Pencil?

A: Yes — our planners are optimized for use with Apple Pencil and any stylus that works with your device.

About the Planners

Q: What does "undated" mean?

A: Undated means our planners have no pre-filled dates — you fill in the dates yourself. This means you can start using your planner any day of the year and it never expires.

Q: Are the planners hyperlinked?

A: Some of our planners are fully hyperlinked — this is noted in the product description. Hyperlinked planners allow you to tap tabs and buttons to navigate between sections instantly.

Q: Can I print the digital planner?

A: Yes — all our planners can be printed from any PDF app. However they are designed and optimized for digital use on tablets.

Q: How many times can I use the planner?

A: You can use your digital planner indefinitely. Since it's a PDF file you can duplicate pages, reset sections and reuse it as many times as you like.

Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Yes — all payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. We never store your payment information.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Due to the digital nature of our products we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Technical Support

Q: My download link isn't working. What should I do?

A: First check your spam or junk email folder. If you still can't find your download link contact us at support@paperlessessentials.com with your order number and we'll resend it within 24 hours.

Q: The planner isn't opening properly. What should I do?

A: Make sure you're opening the file in a PDF annotation app like GoodNotes or Notability rather than a standard browser. If you need help contact us and we'll guide you through the setup.

Q: Can I use the planner on multiple devices?

A: Yes — once downloaded you can transfer and use your planner on as many of your personal devices as you like.

Q: Do you offer bundles or discounts?

A: We occasionally offer special promotions and bundles. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about new releases and special offers.

Q: Can I share my planner with friends or family?

A: Our planners are licensed for personal use only and should not be shared, resold or redistributed. Each purchase is for one individual user.

Q: Do you create custom planners?

A: We don't currently offer custom planner designs. However we add new designs regularly — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on new releases.
