Refund policy

Because all Paperless Essentials products are digital downloads, we have a strict but fair policy regarding returns and refunds.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or a download link has been accessed, we are unable to offer a refund. This policy exists because digital files cannot be returned the way a physical product can.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully, review all preview images, and reach out to us with any questions before purchasing. We are happy to help you choose the right product.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund in the following situations. If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error. If you never received your download link and we are unable to resend it successfully. If the file you received is fundamentally different from what was described in the listing.

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us right away and we will resolve it for you.
